The service

AnotherPillow is a booking engine for hotel websites. The service may include room availability, checkout, payment status, a booking database, confirmations and verified channel connections. During setup, the hotel’s existing booking link may remain live until AnotherPillow Booking is approved for production.

Hotel responsibilities

The hotel must provide accurate public information, have the right to use every uploaded image and publish only website and booking links it is authorised to use. The hotel remains responsible for availability, rates, booking terms, guest service, taxes, refunds and regulatory requirements. AnotherPillow may not be used for misleading, illegal or fraudulent accommodation.

Price for the first 1,000 hotels

The first 1,000 hotels approved and activated pay €0 per month and 0% booking fee or commission to AnotherPillow for AnotherPillow Booking. Optional add-ons are not included in the free offer and activate only after separate written approval.

Payments and provider costs

Payment for a AnotherPillow booking takes place on the hotel’s own connected payment account through secure hosted payment fields. The hotel remains the merchant and is responsible for the provider’s actual fees, refunds, chargebacks, booking terms and obligations to the guest. Provider pricing may vary by card type, payment method, country and currency and is charged directly to the hotel account. AnotherPillow adds no transaction fee and does not store raw card numbers.

Activation

Registration does not activate a live booking engine or paid add-on. AnotherPillow Booking may not open until live rates, availability, reservation delivery, payment status, cancellation rules and the hotel’s payout account have been connected and approved. Data-processing terms and payment scope are confirmed before activation.

Public development environment

Hotel Fjällro and its hotel dashboard are fictional demonstrations. They use restricted example guest details, simulated payment status, prepared rather than delivered email jobs, and no live OTA connection. They must not be used for a real guest or represented as a production hotel system.

Optional add-ons

Registering interest in AI Guest Service, Revenue Studio or another add-on is not a purchase. Scope, included usage, price, tax and start date are confirmed in writing before billing begins. Add-ons may be cancelled before the next billing period unless otherwise agreed.

Service communication

We may contact the hotel account owner about setup, security, requested services and material changes. AnotherPillow does not use the hotel account email address to contact hotel guests.

Availability and changes

We aim for stable operation but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Early-stage features may change. Material changes affecting hotel use are communicated when practical.

Security

The hotel must protect its sign-in account and report suspected misuse. AnotherPillow does not ask for the password to the hotel’s website or booking provider during current setup.

Ending the service

The hotel may take its booking page offline in the dashboard and request account closure. We may stop misuse, security threats or illegal content. Each party remains responsible for obligations incurred before closure.
