Two contracts—not one blurred relationship
The Business Terms govern AnotherPillow’s B2B service to the hotel. The hotel’s own guest terms govern the room, stay, cancellation, refund and complaint. Checkout must name the hotel and present those terms before a real reservation.

A legal production gate
Creating an account or testing Hotel Fjällro cannot activate live guest processing. A human must verify the hotel order, guest terms, total-price and cancellation presentation, data-processing agreement, subprocessor schedule, retention, accessibility and incident contacts for that hotel.
