What free actually means
The founding Booking Engine is €0 per month and AnotherPillow takes 0% of booking value for the first 1,000 approved hotels. The hotel still pays its selected payment provider’s actual card or local-method fees. Optional products never activate automatically.

Questions hotel owners ask first.
Does AnotherPillow replace Booking.com or Expedia?
No. AnotherPillow handles direct booking on the hotel’s own website. A hotel may continue selling through OTAs, but live inventory sync must be verified before launch.
Where does the guest’s payment go?
The live design uses the hotel’s own approved payment-provider account. Raw card details must stay in hosted provider fields; AnotherPillow stores only the operational reference and status.
Can a guest choose a specific room?
Yes, when the hotel enables exact-room selection and that room is available for every night in the stay.
Is the public demo a real hotel?
No. Hotel Fjällro is fictional and uses restricted test data. Real hotel onboarding is open, but production activation remains gated by a complete launch review.
Can AnotherPillow run the hotel website too?
Yes. A managed hotel website is an optional founding service at €29 per month; VAT, domain registration and paid third-party services are separate and require approval.
