The Booking Engine is €79 per hotel per month excluding VAT, and AnotherPillow takes 0% of booking value. Existing agreed free founding plans stay unchanged. The hotel still pays its selected payment provider’s actual card or local-method fees. Optional products never activate automatically.

What does anotherPillow cost?
For new hotels, the Booking Engine costs €79 per month excluding VAT and AnotherPillow takes 0% booking commission. Existing agreed free founding plans stay unchanged. The hotel still pays its chosen payment provider’s actual processing fees, and optional services have separate prices.
Does AnotherPillow replace Booking.com or Expedia?
No. AnotherPillow handles direct booking on the hotel’s own website. A hotel may continue selling through OTAs, but live inventory sync must be verified before launch.
Where does the guest’s payment go?
The live design uses the hotel’s own approved payment-provider account. Raw card details must stay in hosted provider fields; AnotherPillow stores only the operational reference and status.
Can a guest choose a specific room?
Yes, when the hotel enables exact-room selection and that room is available for every night in the stay.
Can I try the booking journey first?
Yes. At Aster House you can try the guest journey and open the hotel view to see reservation records. The example does not take real payments or send guest emails. Your own hotel’s live setup is checked separately before activation.
Can AnotherPillow run the hotel website too?
Yes. Website + Booking costs €199 per month and includes the Booking Engine, so you do not pay another €79 on top. VAT, domain registration, payment-provider fees and paid third-party services are separate and require approval. Booking Engine and Hotel AI included. New subscriptions only. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed price.
