Airport hotels: make the transfer unambiguous
Publish terminal-specific directions, shuttle times, booking rules and charges rather than a vague airport distance.
Plan the guest journey
Distinguish scheduled shuttles from taxis. Explain delays and the last-transfer fallback. Test an arrival after midnight with the correct date; do not imply unstaffed reception is open.
Test the handover to reception
Make a test reservation. Check that its dates, room, guest details and confirmation number match in the hotel workspace. Then test a change and a cancellation. A beautiful checkout is only useful when the team can confidently manage what comes next.
Availability is more important than another feature
Automatic Booking.com and Expedia inventory sync is not live in anotherPillow. A hotel needs an agreed, safe inventory arrangement and launch checks before taking real reservations. If that arrangement depends on a connection that is not ready, wait.
