Plan the guest journey
Verify bed-level inventory before selling dormitories. anotherPillow's room-based flow does not imply dormitory support. Test group allocation; start with supported private rooms if the required connection is unavailable.
Test the handover to reception
Make a test reservation. Check that its dates, room, guest details and confirmation number match in the hotel workspace. Then test a change and a cancellation. A beautiful checkout is only useful when the team can confidently manage what comes next.
Availability is more important than another feature
Automatic Booking.com and Expedia inventory sync is not live in anotherPillow. A hotel needs an agreed, safe inventory arrangement and launch checks before taking real reservations. If that arrangement depends on a connection that is not ready, wait.
