RevPAR = room revenue ÷ available room nights.

How it’s calculated
RevPAR = room revenue ÷ available room nights.
Use the same period. One room sold for three nights counts as three room nights.
Room revenue only: exclude taxes and non-room sales. This is revenue, not profit.
Example
21,000 ÷ 300 = 70
ADR measures sold room nights; RevPAR includes every available room night. Occupancy alone does not show profitability.
