Opening a hotel, taking over a small property or improving an established place already comes with a long list. Your website and direct-booking setup should help guests take the next step, without becoming another project to manage alone.

We are offering new hotel customers 3 months of Booking Engine and a managed hotel website at no subscription cost. Try the guest journey and the reception workspace in your own hotel, with time to decide whether they fit.

What is included

Booking Engine includes a booking link and button for your website, the guest booking journey and reception access to manage your direct reservations. The managed website includes the hotel website, hosting and updates using content you approve.

You can keep your existing website while we prepare the new one. We do not replace it or start taking real bookings without your approval. Your rooms, rates, policies, inventory arrangement and payment setup still need to pass launch checks.

How to use the offer

Choose Start with WELCOME3 below, or open Have a coupon? when registering and enter WELCOME3. The offer is saved with your hotel account. No card is required to claim it.

The 3 calendar months begin when both included services are ready and you approve activation—not when you submit the form. The start and end dates appear in your subscription view. Preparation time does not use up the offer.

Clear terms, no surprise renewal

This offer is for one new hotel account per business joining anotherPillow. It cannot be combined with another free-period offer or used to replace an existing agreement. The separate founding-hotel offer remains unchanged.

After the free period, choose whether to continue. Current prices are €29/month for the managed website including Booking Engine, or €5/month for Booking Engine alone, per hotel excluding VAT. You must approve paid billing; there is no automatic paid renewal.

Optional Hotel AI, other add-on services, domain registration or transfer costs, and card and payment-provider fees are not included. The offer does not include automatic Booking.com or Expedia inventory synchronisation, or a guarantee of more bookings.

If you decide not to continue, contact us before the offer ends to arrange the service handover. We do not automatically charge you or delete your existing reservation records when the free period ends.
