What costs does this calculator include?
It compares your current monthly software and add-on fees plus direct-booking commission against anotherPillow’s €5 monthly Booking Engine and any quoted recurring extras you enter. Include services with the same scope on both sides.
Are card and payment-provider fees included?
No. Payment-provider processing fees are excluded from both sides because the hotel pays its selected provider separately.
Does this compare Booking.com or Expedia commission?
No. It compares software used for direct bookings on the hotel’s own website. It does not estimate OTA commission or assume that every OTA booking would become a direct booking.
Does a lower result mean the hotel should switch?
Not by itself. Migration, availability sync, payment, confirmation delivery, support and staff time matter. A cheap system that works may be better than an unproven replacement.
