Web tools: entered aggregate figures and checklist choices are calculated in the browser, not sent to our server. Save stores the current plan in this browser; Reset removes it. Download exports only the displayed planning data. The website's normal privacy/cookie settings apply to website visits: https://anotherpillow.com/privacy . Do not enter guest names, contact details, payment data or secrets.

Chrome extension: no host, tab-reading, browsing-history or network permissions. No remote code, advertising, telemetry, API keys or guest-record access. It uses local extension storage after Save; Reset removes that plan. No data is sold or transmitted by the extension. Optional external links open the website in a normal browser tab, subject to that website's privacy notice.

Native iOS/Android toolkit: free offline calculations, a local checklist and up to ten locally saved aggregate plans. No account, tracking SDK, guest records or API key. No background server requests. Share uses the operating system's user-chosen share destination only when requested. Delete/Reset removes saved plans. Device/operating-system backups follow the user's OS settings; Android cloud backup is disabled for this application. Optional website links open the system browser.

WordPress plugin: WordPress stores only the configured public hotel booking URL. No request or tracking is made on activation or normal page load. On Search, the visitor's browser sends dates and guest count to that hotel booking page on https://anotherpillow.com/ . The hosted booking service has its own account, subscription, approval and guest-data rules. No API key, guest-data copy, automatic migration or OTA synchronisation is included.

All results are planning estimates based on user assumptions, not guaranteed savings or booking/revenue forecasts. Checking launch items does not activate a hotel or certify its readiness. App/package installation does not create a subscription.
